Our Mission
RIFF — Real Impact For Our Future — is a New Orleans-based field operations firm with deep roots in progressive organizing. We run turnkey voter contact programs, manage canvass operations, and deliver measurable results for campaigns and advocacy organizations across Louisiana.
We also believe the next generation of voters needs to be in the room. Our school outreach arm brings civic education directly into Orleans Parish high schools and college campuses — making voter registration a lived experience, not just a checkbox.

About the Founder
I've been homeless. I've relied on social services to survive. The progressive policies, the community programs, the people who showed up when I had nothing — that's the reason I'm still here. I didn't come from a campaign office or a political science classroom. I came up from the bottom, and I clawed my way back one day at a time.
That experience is what drives RIFF. I understand firsthand what's at stake when local elections go the wrong way — when funding gets cut, when programs disappear, when the safety net has holes. I'm not in this for a title. I'm an organizer. A canvasser. A worker. I built this company because I believe the people closest to the problem should be closest to the solution.
With backgrounds in political science, computer science, and music education — and years of real field experience across multiple states — I brought RIFF home to New Orleans because this city gave me a second chance. Now it's time to give back.
